Ultrasound
Our veterinarians have special training and several years of experience in abdominal ultrasound. Ultrasonography, or ultrasound, is a diagnostic imaging technique similar to radiography (X-rays) and is often used in conjunction with radiography and other diagnostics. It allows us to visualize certain organs very thoroughly, including the kidneys, liver, gallbladder, bladder, spleen, and intestines. We use the ultrasound to screen and monitor treatments for congenital and acquired diseases – and we work with local specialists to extend that care to cardiovascular cases as well.
