At Reber Ranch and Pet Central Grooming Salons, your pet is important to us. Because we care, we want to assure you that every effort will be made to make your pet's visit as pleasant as possible. Occasionally, grooming can expose a hidden medical problem or aggravate a current one. We ask that you let your groomer know about any medical conditions you’re aware of during check-in. By using any of our grooming services, you consent for us to obtain immediate veterinary treatment for your pet as deemed necessary by our team *

Note : There is an additional $90 per hour charge for removing matting from pets, billed in 5-minute increments.

“Dematting” a pet may or may not be possible depending on the severity of the mats. If brushing out the matts is not possible, a short clip may be necessary. Please respect your groomer’s guidance on this as it is our policy not to brush out severe matting, as this would result in unnecessary pain and distress for your pet. Starting over with a short clip will result in a healthier coat and a happier pet. *

We take every precaution to safely remove matting, but skin irritation, infection, hot spots, lacerations, or other injuries are all risks increasing with the severity of the matting. By using our service, you agree to take responsibility for these risks and any care associated with them. The best way to prevent these injuries is with regular, proper brushing and home care. *

We take responsibility for risks

All animals admitted to our salons must be current on their vaccinations and be free of external parasites. Any animal found to have fleas will be treated with Capstar 24-hour flea control at the owner’s expense. *

I read and understand

Due to space and for your pet's comfort and safety, we ask that you do not leave your pet here more than one hour after the discussed time of pick up. After an hour, there will be a $20 kennel fee incurred for every additional hour until your pet is picked up. Repeat late pick-ups may result in refusal of future service. *

I agree

On average, pets stay with us for about 3-4 hours during their grooming service. Rarely, there are circumstances that can lead to a pet staying longer than usual – and we will do our very best to keep you informed and aware of your pet’s status. In these rare circumstances, we ask for your patience and understanding while we care for your pet! *
