Cancellation Policy
We look forward to caring for you and your furry family members. Our veterinary team is here to help and answer any questions you have!
In the interest of keeping time with our doctors available to those pets who need it most, clients who miss appointments or cancel an appointment with less than 2 hours’ notice are subject to our cancellation policy.
Clients who are subject to this policy will be required to pay an appointment deposit at the time of scheduling to secure future visits. If a secured appointment is missed or cancelled late (<2 hours) with a deposit in place, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will need to be placed to secure a reschedule. Multiple instances of missed appointments may result in a refusal of future service.
These decisions are made at the sole discretion of RRVH management and are made with the best interests of our clientele and our business in mind.
